On May 10, 2010 Del & Mary Smith purchased the Roscoe Motor Inn in Coshocton, Ohio.
With a combined 50 years of experience in the lodging industry, the new owners began immediately to refurbish this unique motel-inn at Roscoe Village .
The Roscoe Motor Inn is a 100% American-owned and operated motel inn and all are welcome to stay with us. Our 15 spacious rooms are the cleanest in town, and we offer the lowest rates of any respectable motel you'll find in Coshocton Ohio.
